  • What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day "NO WORRIES" return policy, however some items are not eligible depending on supplier requirements. Please check our Returns Policy for further details
  • What are the shipping options?
Depending on the item you have purchased, your location and the location of the item, it may vary. General shipping is 2-10 days, however some shipping is currently delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Custom built items can take 4-6 weeks for production as is the nature of those products.   • What do I do if I never received my order?
Contact us at admin@kingcave.com.au with your shipping information and transaction receipt. We will be in contact with you asap to resolve the issue.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
Contact us at admin@kingcave.com.au with your shipping information and transaction receipt. We will be in contact with you asap to resolve the issue.
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Contact us at admin@kingcave.com.au immediately with a copy of your transaction receipt. We will be in contact with you asap to resolve the issue. We cannot stop an item if it has already been despatched from the warehouse. If the transaction is halted in time we can definitely assist your enquire. If the item has already been despatch then you can return the item, however shipping and restocking fees may apply.
  • Where are you located?
We are an online only business and do not have a shop front. We operate our business from Melbourne, Australia. For more information please see our contact us page.

  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
We have over 1500 products currently available. All products are shipped from Australian based warehouses. The exact origin of each products varies. For more information about a particular product please email admin@kingcave.com.au 
  • How do I make sure I order the right size?

For Merchandise please see our sizing chart on the product page. We recommend measuring your largest garments in your wardrobe and compare to the sizing chart.
